About Señor

Señor Amor enjoys the process of taking his clients’ goals and desires and transforming them into reality. He particularly enjoys being able to exceed all his clients’ hopes and dreams, with the help of his artisan and craftspeople relationships.

Señor Amor is not only a designer but, he is a DJ that has been featured in The New York Times, Billboard Magazine and Harpers Bazaar to name a few publications. Señor Amor began his design career with his partner Jonona at the boutique design firm Jonamor Décor. Jonona was the Principal Designer and Señor was the Associate Designer and Project Manager. Together, from their vintage furniture store Retropia, they designed both commercial and residential projects including lofts, condos, recording studios, and single-family homes. Two of Jonamor Décor’s projects were featured in the Clarkson Potter book “The Find: The Housing Works Book of Decorating with Thrift Shop Treasures, Flea Market Objects, and Vintage Details.” Their work was also featured in The Los Angles Times. Señor and Jonona parted ways and he began Señor Amor Design in 2017.

Señor’s most recent project for Jackie Beat was recently featured in The New York Times.
